This Studio in Apple Springs Subdivision in Boulder Canyon, sleeps 2 - 4 comfortably with 1 King and 1 Queen bed and One bathroom. Apartment is fully furnished and above the garage so there are steps. Centrally located between Deadwood & Sturgis! The space The space is above the garage so very private and while you do come in through the garage door, you have your own private entrance to the apartment. Very clean and pleasant, almost a cabin feel to it! My house is on a very large cul-d-sac so it provides a great parking area if you are trailering anything! Guest access Full kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Washer and dryer are located in the garage under the steps. During your stay I love to socialize with people and only to the degree they wish to socialize! Other things to note Deadwood hosts year round activities while Sturgis hosts the Motorcycle Rally, the Mustang Rally and other events throughout the year! Of course Spearfish Canyon is a beautiful area and is approximately 20 minutes away! Skiing and snowmobiling are great winter sports and about 38 minutes away!
