Le Clos Danty is a former farm surrounded by meadows and vineyards on an estate of 14 hectares. In the countryside, but 2 km from the shops in the village. 1 hour from the slopes or 1 hour from Biarritz 4-star cottage. The rental covers the main wing of the farmhouse, the courtyard, the heated private swimming pool, and the entire grounds. The owner reserves a self-contained apartment in another wing of the farm . An electric vehicle charging station is available. Other things to note In July and August the rental is 1 week minimum from Saturday to Saturday. Off high season, the minimum booking length is 4 days, or 3 days for long stays with holidays. Cleaning is not included in the reservation. If you don't want to do it yourself, the cleaning fee (90€) is available. In which case it will be necessary to request it during the stay from the owner. The beds are made, and bed linen and towels are provided. The gîte is registered and insured for a maximum of 8 people. You may receive friends for the day or night as long as the total number of people present does not exceed this maximum
