High Tide - breezes galore!

High Tide is the upper unit in my Triplex in St.Augustine Beach - SAGE TIDES - on the East side of A1A Beach Blvd (i.e. no street to cross!). Two large bedrooms with a new KING bed and a Queen and a rollaway. Walking distance to everything - bring your flip flops - stay awhile! On a dead end road, two houses from the beach make it a 90sec walk to the sand dunes and ocean! Two decks to catch the breezes, morning & night! The decks are only accessible by your unit. Bonus - Pet friendly! The space High Tide is one of three units in my Triplex called SAGE TIDES. Sleeping - king and a queen and a rollaway. It’s the upper unit (thus “High”) and the other two are Ebb Tide and Low Tide. The building was built in the 1920s so it's old Florida, lots of tile so it's easy to clean and sweep sand , quirky, old fashioned in some ways and steps to the beach - that is the true beauty! You have a private washer/dryer just for your use in the entrance hallway. Guest access We supply all linens, including beach towels! We have a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast snacks are included (let me know if you have any special requests!). There is a separate entrance and a short set of steps that take you to the living room. I will meet you with keys or leave one out for you if our schedules don't match. Let me know your ETA and we will work it out. Other things to note FYI there is construction on the two empty lots on our street so sometimes you may hear or see it. We have lots of movies for the DVD player and old fashioned games too. We have beach towels and beach chairs too! We have starter toilet paper and paper towels available, dish detergent, soap.
