Sferracavallo House

The house is located on the enchanting Gulf of Sferracavallo, a 10-minute walk from the Coral Bay and 20 minutes from the city center, 15 minutes from Mondello. A 5-minute walk from the Sferracavallo train station that connects the city center and the airport. A private entrance will take you into the house: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, a living room/kitchen, and the heart of the house is the sun terraces. The entire house is available to guests. The space Sun terraces, large spaces, all rooms are independent, well-lit with large windows and comfortable. The house is equipped with all possible accessories: linen, kettle, dishes and utensils, deckchairs for sunbathing and sofas, and every other useful item for a comfortable stay, where you can read a book. Feel the air of your own home! In fact, we love to pamper our guests at least on the day of arrival with coffee, a coffee maker, a kettle, tea, and a fresh bottle of water to recover from the trip. Guest access Guests will enjoy the whole house, in particular they will have a private entrance, via 7 steps you access the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, the living area has a large terrace-solarium adjacent to the living room-kitchen and a bathroom with shower, and a large terrace-solarium of 60 square meters on the top floor equipped with garden furniture as in the photo Other things to note For sea lovers, we recommend two alternatives depending on your preferences: a beach resort with sand, showers, deckchairs, umbrellas, and cabins, a 5-minute walk from the house; or the Capo Gallo reserve, which you can access either with a brand-new walk of about a kilometer or by shuttle bus, where you can enjoy pristine views, flora, fauna, and a dreamlike sea with unique cliffs. Of particular note are the numerous and famous restaurants where you can enjoy either our traditional street food or fresh fish, and various clubs on the sea that animate the nightlife, all within walking distance.
