It is a spacious apartment that also has air conditioning. The space It is situated in the center of Barbate, a town between the mountains and the sea. Altough it is surrounded by La Breña's Natural Park, Barbate has always been a sailors' town, known around the world for its red tuna fish, captured in May by th Almadraba's sailors using a millenary method used by the Phoenicians. Also, the town has some good beaches like El Carmen's beach and La Yerbabuena's beach, the latter better-known as El Chorro's beach because it has a natural stream. Beaches of Zahara de los Atunes and Caños de Meca and towns like Vejer de la Frontera, Conil and Tarifa are close to Barbate too. There are about 60km to Cádiz, the capital of the province and 70km to Algeciras. For sport lovers it is a good place for trekking in The Tajo's Tower route and also for orienteering in La Breña and surfing in the beach, specially in Zahara de los Atunes. About parties are important Carnival in February, Easter in March or April, Tuna fish Food fair in May and El Carmen's fair in July.
