INTRODUCING BEACH HOME 6 Beach Home 6 is a private beachfront home located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort at the northern tip of Captiva Island. Enjoy beachfront living island style, the Beach Homes are a separate association within the resort offering its own amenities. Never pay a resort fee! While you won`t have full resort amenity access, you will have access to the Beach Home association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, dock and marina access. Dock fees are based on the size of the boat and length of your stay.  **Please be aware the Islands and this complex are still recovering from Hurricane Ian. Not all amenities may be available. Please inquire prior to booking** HOME  FEATURES  Beach Home 6 features beachfront views from nearly every room with an expanded upper sundeck overlooking the beach.  This beachfront home has been recently updated including a modern full equipped kitchen,The main living level offers an expansive master suite  with flatscreen smart TV and ensuite remodeled bathroom with large shower. The second queen bedroom is also on the main living level and provides its own smart TV.  Main living area provides vaulted ceilings and smart TV along with free WIFI and DVD. The hall bathroom services the queen bedroom and the main level living area.  Upstairs is a large loft with a sleep sofa and sundeck overlooking the pool and beach. The third bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. Upper loft area has added am electronic Pac Man game for more family fun. The large screened lanai provides spacious room for family entertaining with comfortable seating and even your very own island ring game!  The screened lanai is just steps to the pool and beach access! ABOUT CAPTIVA AND SANIBEL AREA Enjoy Blind Pass and Redfish Pass located nearby for world famous shelling. Relax on island time enjoying boating and fishing along with numerous watersports. Captiva offers 6 miles of award winning beaches as well as several marinas for endless watersport opportunites. Enjoy world famous restaurants such as The Mucky Duck and The Bubble Room! Sanibel Island is less than 10 miles away to visit local attractions such as Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum, J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, CROW-Clinic For the Rehabilitation Of Wildlife, and Sanibel Lighthouse & Fishing Pier.  Have questions?
