Long-term Med Students Look! King Bed & Hot tub!

Med students message us for availability!! Comfortable and cozy private guest bedroom features a king sized bed and shared bathroom across the hall (this bathroom is shared with the neighboring guest room in the instance it is occupied- not shared with the hosts). Room features a 40" TV with Amazon Firestick with access to Netflix and Hulu. Hot tub on the back deck. Backyard with fire pit for relaxing just minutes to downtown Johnson City or Bristol Motor Speedway and the Pinnacle Shopping. The space Comfortable bedroom with plush king sized bed, electric fireplace, and luggage rack for your suitcase. 40” tv, fresh new luxury linens including sheets and towels, new pillows, and a stocked shared bathroom that includes small toiletry items if needed. Our home features a comfortable living room and kitchen, 8 person dining table, laundry room with high end steam washer and dryer, and 6 person hot tub available to use on the back deck. We may or may not socialize also based on our schedules which can be quite busy and varied by day. Other things to note We do have two friendly indoor declawed cats. They can be kept away during your stay if needed. They are not allowed in the guest room . We make sure that is an allergen free zone. Also, we do have two outdoor ONLY cats as well (one is white/gray and the other a gray tabby). You may see them outside during your stay, but please do not let them inside. Should they come inside accidentally, just let us know and we can take care of it no problem. We are often night owls and up fairly late, but also observe quieter hours after 11pm and request that our guests do the same out of respect for other guests that may be present.
