Welcome to our large 5 bedroom, two bathroom home located a convenient 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. If you’re looking to explore wineries there are more than 50 within a 20 minute drive in the Niagara-on-the-Lake region in addition to amazing restaurants and breweries. Large and spacious, this house is perfect for families or group getaways. The hot tub is running and available to use year-round including in the winter. The house has wifi and Netflix. The space The house is set up for you to have a comfortable getaway with family or friends - 8 person hot tub, poker table, ping pong, and your own private putting green - You will have Wi-Fi, a TV, and a workspace - Essentials like linens, towels, soap, shampoo, iron, hair dryer etc. will be provided - Air conditioning - Closets and drawers for storage - Kitchen (including stove, fridge, pots, pans, dish-ware and utensils) - Washer / dryer - 4 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two queen beds Guest access Guests have the entire house to themselves! Private driveway with room for 4 cars Accessibility: There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor of the house. Other bathroom/bedrooms are on the second floor. There is two steps up to the front door of the house. Flexible and easy contactless check-in. The property has a lockbox with a code which is sent to you on check-in day. Other things to note We kindly ask that you read through our house rules and ensure your group is able to adhere to them before booking so everyone has a great stay: 1. No parties. You will have to leave the premises immediately without refund whether is your first night, second night or so on. Police will be involved if this were to happen. 2. No music or loud noises outside. We want to respect the neighbourhood and our neighbours will call the bylaw if it gets too loud and this may result in the reservation being cancelled without refund. 3. Quiet hours for outside: 10:00pm-8:00am. During this time no noise beyond talking is permitted. Yelling will not be tolerated. 4. No shoes in the house 5. No smoking of any kind inside the house of within 10 meters of exits. Please be aware that there is a $250 cleaning fee for violations 6. Check out is at 11am and not later 7. Check in is at 4pm and not before
