Chalet in Block F in Samaya, a resort with 24/7 security and power generator. The Chalet is located in the center of the resort offering breathtaking sun set views over the Mediterranean Sea with modern interior furnishes. The location is mid-way between Beirut and Byblos, and under 30 minutes’ drive to the mountains of keserwan. For convenience, restaurants, retail and convenience stores are available within the resort. The space The Chalet is a studio furnished with 2 sofa beds easily fitting 4 adults, wardrobe and plenty of storage space and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with big size fridge-freezer, washing machine and cooker. All necessary utensils needed in a kitchen are available. The toilet comes with a medium size bathtub fit for one person. Bed linens and towels will be provided. An extra set of bed linen is also available in the chalet. Wifi, TV, iron and ironing board are also available. The chalet can fit 4 adults. Guest access The chalet and all the public spaces within the resort are accessible. Access to the pool and the beach is free at any time. The pools are operational between May and October inclusive. Outside this period rent on a monthly basis is possible at a different rate. Other things to note We all love the beach but please keep the sand on the beach and don’t carry it over to the chalet. Showers are provided next to the pool and restaurant. Please avoid siting on the sofa beds with wet swimwear, instead please use the plastic chairs provided. The towels provided are for the shower only. Beach towels can be provided upon request. Please switch off the lights and the AC when not required and when you leave the chalet. Electricity bill is excluded from the rent. Before check out, please make sure to throw away the garbage in the designated bins next to the stairs and clean the used dishes, kitchenware and the toilet. Please leave the chalet the way you received it. The chalet is a family friendly environment, no parties are allowed inside the chalet. Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet. If you like to smoke please do so at the balcony or in the open spaces within the resort. Use of drugs is strictly prohibited in the chalet and within the resort. Please use the trash bin provided inside the toilet to dispose of toilet papers, tissue, sanitary pads, ear buds… nothing should be disposed in the toilet bowl to avoid blockage. The gas cylinder must be turned off all the times expect when cooking. Please close the balcony door when you leave the chalet. WIFI is provided free of charge up to 2GB per day. Should you wish to use more additional fees are applicable. Electricity is excluded from the rent. Please inform us immediately about any incidence when it occurs, and we will do our best to help you in fixing the damages.
