Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has most of the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is no dishwasher. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley. The space We designed the cottage for use by Gunsite Academy students, including a full size gun safe, and even a gun cleaning station with cleaning equipment and supplies for the most common caliber firearms. A further benefit for Gunsite students is our 7PM checkout time. On your last day of class you can leave your gear in the cottage, go to class, and return for a shower and a bite before making your way home. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable La-Z-Boy sofa bed in the living room. We keep our Cottage, as well as the rest of our property, clean and well maintained. Our interior cleanliness practices, using odor-free cleaning products, are especially noteworthy and important, particularly for our guests who are chemically sensitive. Guest access You have private access to the entire cottage, the front porch sitting area, and all the included amenities. There are no stairs so access is easy. Parking is right next to the cottage.
