This spacious 2 bedroom apt. is very close to Edinburgh’s major tourist attractions. The Castle, Royal Mile, Grass-market, cinemas, Usher Hall, Princes Street Gardens and Edinburgh International Conference Centre are within walking distance, as are restaurants, bars and food shops. Buses and taxis are available near the front of the building. It is a short walk to airport bus and tram connections, and the train station. The apt. is ideal for groups, couples, business travellers, and families. The space License from. EH-70406-F This 2 bedroom maisonette is on the first floor of an art deco B listed building serviced by two lifts. The apt. is on two levels. The lower level comprises a spacious, semi open plan kitchen dining area and living room with lots of light streaming from the large windows. This area offers plenty of space for everyone to be together, share a meal, chat or watch tv. The large kitchen has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave, kettle, toaster, and the basic cooking provisions for 4 people. There is also a toilet on this level next to the entrance hall. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with a kingsize bed, a second bedroom with two single beds , and a bathroom. There is ample storage space. Linen and towels are provided for your stay. We also provide an ironing board/iron and a hair dryer. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are in the laundry room close by on the first floor corridor. The apartment has central heating and there is free wifi throughout. This is a really homely place to stay when you are visiting Edinburgh! Guest access There is access to all the space, except 2 locked cupboards for cleaning materials. Other things to note Please note: Edinburgh City Council has introduced a mandatory 5% Tourist Levy. This will apply to bookings made on or after 1 October 2025 for stays starting from 24 July 2026. The levy is charged on the first five nights of any stay and will be collected separately. The keys and fobs are expensive. There will be a charge of £50 per set if they are lost or not returned . We ask you to respect the neighbours. Parties and loud music are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please turn off the heating and ensure the windows are closed properly, if you are out for the day. As you will be staying in someone’s home, please treat it with care and respect.
