You are in a residential area very well connected by public transport. Welcome home! The space The apartment is bathed in light thanks to a completely unobstructed view of the garden planted with fruit trees. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. The master suite also has a toilet. The living room has an extra bed for one person, but it should be noted that the room does not have blackout curtains for the night. The apartment is air-conditioned. From your private terrace, you can enjoy the sunrise and have lunch overlooking the Mediterranean. A pool area with sun lounger will be your place to relax. An infinity pool allows you to swim with a view of the Bay of Nice. The pool is shared only with the owners, you have access from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. As the apartment is not on the same level as the vehicle access, this can pose difficulties for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Parking spaces are available in front of the house on our private driveway. A bus stop 50 meters from the house allows you to go to the center of Nice and the airport in 40 minutes. The sea and promenade is a 15-minute bus ride from the house. The bus runs every 10 minutes. Other things to note There are two female dogs on the property that do not have access to your private spaces. You'll meet them right at the pool area. They are very nice and obedient.
