The space The courtyard and the fenced garden on a total of 3000 m2 invite you to enjoy and linger. Our spacious fireplace room on over 70 m2 makes the heart beat faster even when it rains or in winter! A large fireplace and lounge invites you to linger. Here you can play music and even smoke. While in the main house the other guests or even children can enjoy their peace and quiet undisturbed. From October to March, the Jacuzzi is located in the fireplace room. The Jacuzzi is in the garden. We offer you every comfort with lounge, deck chairs, barbecue or fire bowl. The main house has been renovated inside. Tastefully furnished bedrooms offer you a good night's sleep. Through the first bedroom you reach the second bedroom with connecting door. The cosy kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. A room for sociable hours, which provides additional atmosphere with a fireplace. The beautiful living room offers thanks to a large Samsung Smart TV, 43 inches, exciting movie nights to linger. Our country house is equipped for small children. All toys may be used by our little guests. Dogs are also welcome. Please note the house rules which apply to your four-legged friend. Guest access The entire house and all rooms are accessible for our guests. In our accommodation there are bath towels for daily use, seat boxes, blankets, sun sails, candles, etc. Firewood is provided by us. A small regional Welcome-Package welcomes our guests for an optimal start into the vacation! Other things to note Parents must keep their supervision - children are not allowed to go to the whirlpool or to the heated fireplace unattended. Dogs are allowed in our accommodation. However, we do take the liberty of charging a surcharge for the cleaning flat rate. This varies depending on the number of dogs and breed, as the cleaning effort is much higher. Dog blankets, sleeping baskets, towels etc. must be brought along by yourself. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. Smoking is allowed outside and in the studio. Social gatherings with music are allowed in an appropriate, private setting and only for the booked guests. The location may not be used for public events. The night's quiet time is to be strictly observed in the garden from 23.00 hrs, so that neighbors are not disturbed. Please operate the fire bowl and the grill with reasonable care.
