Lan cable and Wifi with own access point @ 1 & 1 DSL 250 The space The apartment is on the ground floor (ground floor 1) Basic consumables are available for the first few days. No work on departure! We take care of the laundry, the garbage and the cleaning, that's what you paid for! Guest access 1st apartment, on the ground floor on the right. Access with the key_box (EG1.) Security cameras in the entrance area / hallway You can receive or deposit the key yourself on arrival or departure in the key box at the entrance on the right. (EG1) You will receive the number combination shortly before arrival! Other things to note Wifi. @ info. can be found in the red folder on the table with other information. Apartment bell is the ground floor 1 The laundry room is on the right at the end of the hallway. All additional costs are generously included in the price, but consumption is covered to avoid abuse. Water up to 0.30 m3. per day. Electricity up to 4 Kwh. per day. So a normal consumption. Waste separation is taken very seriously! Packaging in yellow bags.
