If you don’t do this, we could charge you 3000 yen because our cleaners have to wash and separate again. In this case, we would send you the pictures of garbage. When you check in, we explain how to separate garbage with samples. After introductions, it’s not too hard. Please don’t worry about this. ★About Pests★ We try to get rid of the pests like spiders or cockroach at least once a month. However, some insects very rarely come into the house because guests open doors and windows during their stay.Also, they can get into even from the smallest cracks.  【For Foreigners】 Normal Japanese houses have entrances on the first floor, so our house is not really airtight. It is very hard to prevent all invasion of insects for almost all houses in Japan. Because this kind of problems is very common in Japan, please understand it. That’s why we couldn’t give you a refund due to pests. Guest access Since the house is reserved, there is no problem if you enter freely. Other things to note 【How to use the garden】 Please wear clothes when you use this space, because behind this space is an educational institution dormitory, and the property is surrounded by residential areas. Please do not use this space after 19:45, the lights will be turned off automatically. Smoking is limited to the front of the yard. Surveillance cameras are in operation for crime prevention and accident prevention. Bringing in the equipment that uses fire or heat is prohibited, such as cassette stoves, IH heaters, and BBQ grills.If you do not comply, you must check out immediately. Parties and other loud activities are not allowed. You must check out immediately as soon as we receive a complaint from this accomodation neighborhood. Please use within the bounds of common sense. The Wooden table is expensive, So please do not damage it.Please do not place hot pans directly on them, and be sure to wipe off any alcohol-based disinfectant or moisture with a towel or cloth. We will charge you about 150,000 yen if you damage it severely. Do not climb walls or look into the house of this accommodation neighbor. Please note that we can’t respond even if you request preparation on the day. ★Request for check-in Because of the low of Kyoto city, we need to meet with customers and explain check-in procedures. Sometime we need to meet many guests on one day, so we may not able to meet you according to your designated time. Thank you for your understanding. ① Meet up place: At the accommodation directly. ② Reservation of check-in time: Please reserve your check-in time from our reservation system. For details, please check the guidance that we send you. Reservation of check-in time is first come, first served, so if there is no availability at your desired time, please reserve another time or contact us. You can check-in from 15: 00-21: 00 Please notify the schedule one week before your stay. In addition, we will contact you if we do not have your notify. If you do not contact us even one day in advance, please note that you can’t check in at your desired time on the day.
