Guest suite in Montpezat-de-Quercy

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool. The space L'Annicha is an authentic Quercynoise estate located along a quiet dead-end street on a fantastic 4.5 hectares with 360 degrees views on the hilly countryside. It spans the main house, barn house, gardens and lap pool. The estate also has a vegetable garden, grassland and a little oak-tree forest. Our self-contained apartments are located in the barn house, just next to our traditional "Quercynoise" house from 1878. The stately house has maintained its original style which is reflected throughout the property. The 25m lap pool was built with this in mind and therefore local material were used. Even the sports and meditation room (located in the barn) has maintained its original character. You can enjoy the quietness and the views of the rolling countryside from benches positioned at strategic places throughout the property. And even from within the pool. In winter you can enjoy the comfortable heat of the wood stove. Please note that our infrastructures are not suitable for children younger than 12 years. Guest access You will have your own parking, right in front of your terrace. You will also have access to all common parts, including the incredible 25m lap pool, with its spacious terraces, the resting and flower gardens and a little forest. Roam around as much as you like. Would you want to work out or meditate, we have a sports and meditation room where we occasionally provide classes. In the evening we recommend you enjoy the sunset from our seats on one of our viewpoints. The main house is where we live, but it is accessible as we run a BnB. You can get some books and games on loan. Other things to note We offer additional services upon request, should you wish so: We are providing a large breakfast as a mini-buffet with freshly baked homemade bread. Some days we also serve dinner. This could be European or Asian, in view of our mixed background. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions. Both are served in the main house and we request at least 24h pre-booking.
