This is a custom tiny house that is nestled in the north Georgia mountains minutes to Helen, Sautee, Batesville and lakes Burton, Rabun, seed and unicoi. It is on an eco friendly acre with a small pond, gravity fed waterfall, garden and horseshoe pit. It is partially off grid, you can choose to light the tiny house and charge your electronic devices from the two solar panels atop. I live in the house on the property And the tiny house is in my driveway, I’m very respectful of guests privacy. The space A short walk down to the garden there is a horseshoe pit you may use. The driveway and property is shared with the owner and sometimes occasional other Airbnb guests. Other things to note As this is a tiny house and is made for mobility, it’s small hot water heater allows for a quick shower and needs to be adjusted to your desired temperature. I will have the pilot light lit but you will need to adjust the temperature if you desire a very hot shower. If you wish to have cushions on the couch the bed cushions can be taken from under the bed and placed on the couch below. Please review pictures.
