You'll be staying in a 4 bedroom lived-in family home with a full kitchen, living and dining area. Ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom plus another bathroom and separate toilet. Queen sofa bed in the living area. One bedroom is set up as a small office with sofa bed and desk. Note that at the back of the property (in the separate building) is another Airbnb property, you will be sharing backyard. Please make sure your car is parked on the left side of the house in red brick drive The space Enjoy the new kitchen with a smart induction cooktop and linked rangehood, the outdoor sitting area and a cosy lounge. Ducted heating and cooling make this a comfortable place for extended stays. You have your own patio area with a bbq next to the outdoor sitting area that is not shared with the guests at the back. Pleases note there are security cameras monitoring driveways in the front of the house and the garden at the back. Guest access This is self - check in accommodation. Please refer to the check-in instructions. You'll have full access to the house. Your parking is under the carport on the eastern (left side looking from the street) of the property next to the brush fence on the red brick driveway. The other driveway is used by guests from the Airbnb property at the back of the house. You'll be sharing the backyard with them. However, they have their own outdoor and BBQ area. Other things to note There is another Airbnb property at the back of the house, so you are sharing a backyard. Two buildings are separated by garden and have plenty of privacy. Their driveway is on the right side of the house, your driveway is on the left - along the brush fence.
