Welcome to our home You will feel at home in our charming 30 m² apartment, completely refurbished! Ideally located in the village of Pleslin, you will have a bakery, hairdresser, tobacconist, convenience store, pharmacy, florist... And you'll be 15 minutes from the sea (Saint Lunaire), 15 minutes from Dinan, 20 minutes from Dinard, and 25 minutes from Saint Malo! The space The annex has a kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds (2 90 x 190 cm beds), and a shower room. You will have at your disposal tourist brochures, some games and reading to brighten up rainy days! This place has Wi-Fi. Guest access The Annex is on our property but independent of our house, you will be at home there! You will be able to park your car in our private parking lot. Please do not park or turn around in the hairdresser's parking lot. Other things to note Babies are, of course, welcome. We have a baby bed that we can make available to you (sheets not provided) as well as a portable seat (fabric baby seat for babies from 8 to 30 months) In winter, bring slippers because the tile floor is cold! Also, we would appreciate it if you did not walk with your shoes on the carpets. A space with garden furniture and BBQ is set up for guests, but you can enjoy the garden in its entirety.
