The space This cozy 2 bedroom apartment is located on a 20+ acre farmette. Your living quarters include 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (tub and shower) with a full kitchen and living room. It is connected to the main farmhouse via the laundry. Entry is through the shared laundry. You are welcome to enjoy the patio, outdoor fire ring, swing set and back yard. We are a family living adjacent to the rental and these outdoor areas are shared spaces. Guest access Plenty of off road parking is available and is accessible with a trailer. Keyless entry code will be sent to you prior to your stay. Other things to note Property is a working Angus farm so it is possible you will hear animals and farm equipment during your stay. While we encourage you to enjoy watching the animals we ask that you do not try to feed or pet them. The fence is electric so please do not touch it or you will have a shocking experience. Thank you.
