The first floor of this lovely villa has stunning views of Braddock Cove from the kitchen, dining room and living room. This downstairs bedroom has 2 twin bed and accesses a hall bath from the bedroom. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom facing Braddock Cove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and the 2nd bedroom has a 2 twins with access to a private bath. Washer/Dryer is located in unit. Off the back deck you will have access to the docks where you can fish or enjoy the wildlife. This villa offers everything you could want - lovely views, beautiful decor and walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. Unfortunately we do not allow for pets, due to the high rental volume and in consideration of those guests with pet allergies. Guest access This is a private 3 BR/3Ba town home. You have full access to entire unit which is fully furnished. Other things to note Beach towels and chairs are available for guests to use. We cannot guarantee availability or condition based on guests usage. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in consideration of our other guests with pet allergies.
