Boutique Studio Suite East Edinburgh Free Parking

We offer a freshly painted self contained studio, with private bathroom and kitchenette. The studio is attached to our house however you will be completely self contained with your own front door to come and go as you please. There is plenty of free on-street parking right outside the house. The space Our place is located on the east side of Edinburgh on a major bus route and only a 3 minute walk to the Fort Kinnaird shopping centre where you will find shops, restaurants and a cinema. There is a double bed with bedside tables, a small dining table and two chairs, a tv and some hanging space in the main room. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a plug in 2 burner stove (stored under the sink). There is also a small electric air fryer which can cook almost anything! There is a washing machine in the shower room. Please note there is no oven or freezer. Other things to note As we sleep directly above the studio we would ask that you try to keep any noise to a minimum after 10.30pm at night. We also have a strictly no smoking policy in or around the studio.
