Other things to note Please note, there is a HK$500 key deposit (Refundable) will be collected before move in and will sign a flatshare agreement with us at our office. Also, there will be a Hong Kong Stamp Duty Tax that need to pay to the government, is not alot, less than HK$60. Electricity not included. Will be calculated pro-rated shared with other flatmates.
