There is a Special Inverter Battery Back-up System so most electrical items in the house work during South Africa's Scheduled Electricity Load Shedding which happens most days for 2 hour periods at a time. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the main house, both decks and the swimming pool. Please note - there is a permanent resident living in the flat below the main house. They share the courtyard entrance (see birds-eye photo of courtyard in the listing's photos). Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house but guests can smoke outside on the decks
