The spacious floor plan includes a large living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining or spending quality time with loved ones. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms providing plenty of space for a group or family vacation. Outside, you can relax on the private balcony and take in the breathtaking ocean views or take a short walk to the beach for a day of sun and sand. This townhome has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The space Enjoy easy beach living in this accessible home with minimal steps to the front door and down to the sand. Ideal for families, those needing ease of access, or anyone seeking a relaxing beach getaway. Perfect for family vacations, romantic escapes, or reunions. Renters must be 25+, no party groups. We aim for a wonderful stay and will try to accommodate needs beyond what's provided. We supply basic essentials: ample dish soap, daily laundry detergent, and paper/toilet towels. Service includes made-up beds and 8 bath towels. If you require more towels, please pack accordingly. *Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are not provided.* Dogs (under 65 lbs, non-aggressive) are welcome for a $200 pet fee. Kure Beach town rules on dogs changes often and depend on the time of the year. Check the Kure Beach Town website for the latest information.Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Sorry, no cats or other animals. There is one dedicated free parking spot and one first come first serve shared guest spot (marked 'Guest 1-5'). There is paid street parking available through the Town of Kure Beach. Other things to note On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom and a bathroom, along with an open-concept kitchen and living area. This space features a TV, a bar with seating for four, a coffee table with four seats that can also serve as a game table or extra dining space for children, and other comfortable seating options. The condo includes four TVs with Roku or Fire Stick streaming devices – one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major and minor appliances: a smooth-top cooking surface, microwave, conventional oven garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, standard coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Additionally, there's a covered ocean-side porch with a table for six, providing extra dining space, as well as built-in benches and chairs for your comfort. An outdoor shower and a water faucet are attached to the porch. The second floor features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and French doors leading to an ocean-side balcony. This balcony has high chairs, offering amazing views of the beach and the surrounding area. Whether you choose the porch or the balcony, both provide wonderful ocean views and are ideal for watching the waves. You can enjoy magnificent sunrises or observe the moon and stars without city light pollution. A washer, dryer, and vacuum cleaner are located on the first floor. Each bedroom and the living area has an overhead fan, along with lamps to create a cozier atmosphere.
