The space The house is located in the silent residential area, and convenient to arrive at the Ueon, Akihabara, Asakusa, Tokyo station, Ginza, and Shinjuku. It is only take 5 minutes to arrive at the Shin okachimachi station, 12 minutes to arrive at the okachimachi station, and easily go to the popular travel place. The house can hold up to 4 people . ★Bedroom★ Normal double bed×2 (140cm×200cm) Fabric slipper×2, Rubber slipper×3 ★Facilities/Amenity★ Fixed Wifi, Washer(1st floor, public), Cleaner(2nd floor, public), Iron, TV, Air conditioner ★Kitchen★ Pot, dish, bowl, cutting board, kitchen knife, cooker, microwave oven. (There are no any seasoning, buy something in the convenience store or market.) The room is located on the second floor of a four-story building and only one room on the every floor, so you can stay in peace without being influenced by other guests. Guest access ◆Foreign guest who doesn’t have an address in japan, needs to report us the name, address, occupation, nationality, passport number. Meanwhile, since we need the accurate information, we will also ask guest to show passport or take a copy of it. Other things to note The other notification① ◆ The coin parking zone is 1 minutes walking away from the house ◆ No smoking ◆ Pets are not allowed ◆ No parties & events ◆ Please refrain from making loud noises in the house ◆Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering. If the check out is delayed from the check out time (11:00am) without a notification, we will charge the following fee. Waiting for cleaning fee: After 11:00am, 1500 JPY (with tax) per 30 minutes.
