So it could be perfect for 4 persons. The BATHROOM, as all the flat, is completly remodeled and it has all the elements to be functional and comfortable (heating). One set of TOWELS is INCLUDED per PERSON. The KITCHEN has all the necessary: fridge, stove, microwave, cupboard, as well as cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, frying-pan, kettle,... The DINING ROOM is very bright and it has a sofa, a table, a TV cabinet and an acces to the terrace. OTHERS: PARKING (Optional): there is the possibility of parking nearby, private and secure for 12€ per day. This payment is not included in the price per night. LOCATION: The apartment is in a quiet area of the Gracia neighbourhood just in the center of Barcelona and well connected with the city and its attractions and see sights. A perfect site from exploring the city ! ) Gracia, is a beautiful neighbourhood, safe, modern but at the same time traditional, making it very peculiar in the center of Barcelona. Distinguished by its coformation type town with several pedestrian areas, it is very desirable to traverse walking and thus able to enjoy people, architecture, shopping (great diversity: indies, bohemian, leading brands,....), its restaurants or its squares with cafe-terraces where you could eat all kind of dishes or quietly take a fresh beer or a coffe. At night, in the heart of the district, 5 min. walking from the apartment, we could find a great nightlife with many pubs. Around the flat, you could find all kind of shops and services: supermarkets, markets (fresh meal), minimarkets, clothing stores, drugstores, banks, policestation,.... CONNECTIONS: From the apartment, walking between 5 and 10 min you could visite sites of the city as beautiful as the Park Guell, the Sagrada Familia or several buildings, squares and parks in the neighbourhood of Gracia . 5 min . from the apartment there are Subway stations of Joanic and Alfons X (Line 4: yellow) from where you could move directly to: - City Center / DownTown: Paseo de Gracia ( 3 stops) ; Plaza Urquinaona / Plaza Catalunya / Gótico / Cathedral / Las Ramblas ( 4 stations ) or Plaza St. Jaume ( 5 stations ) . - Beaches / Port: Barceloneta ( 6 stations) or Vila Olímpica ( 7 stations) - Zoo and Parque de la Ciutadella ( 7 stations) . - Connections with all other subway lines. Besides the Subway, around the apartment (in a radius of 100-200 m .), there are many bus stations, Tourist Bus Blue Route stations and a permanent taxi station from where you could visit everywhere of the city or move to the airport el Prat (Barcelona).
