Private Apartment on Beautiful Grounds, Landrum SC

This is a charming apartment situated on over 3 private beautifully landscaped acres located in the village of Landrum South Carolina, in the foothills near the border of North Carolina. This property is situated close to some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the region and in close proximity to the Equestrian Center. The space The guest apartment is a one bedroom space with a hide-a-bed sofa to use for kids or extra guests. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has all the tools and appliances needed, along with a full bath with a tub. Wi-Fi is available, and cable TV is available. Relax and enjoy this comfortable, quiet space with private entry and a lovely garden room. Enjoy the outdoor spaces of over 3 acres of beautiful trees, flowers, and gardens. There is a sauna available for a fee and by appointment only Guest access Guests can access the grounds, and can park in the on the private drive. There is a fire pit avaiable to use upon request. Horse trailer can be parked on the drive. Other things to note COVID - 19 Update: Currently the governor of the state of SC has not issued any health warning that requires us to close businesses or our Air BnB. We are fortunate to not have any issues with the disease in our town or neighboring areas. We also take the most care possible when cleaning the apartment to sanitize surfaces, including tabletops, doorknobs, floors and all kitchen and bath appliances and fixtures. We enact these practices between every guest visit, and always have done. While we can not offer any guarantees, we believe we take the most care possible to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for every one of our guests. You will find plenty of antique shops, restaurants within walking distance and quaint villages nearby including Tryon (3 miles away), Columbus and charming Saluda where you will discover outfitters ready to take you on white water, zipline and trout fishing adventures.
