Yet only a few minutes from Dunsborough central, Yallingup, beaches, wineries, walk trails, restaurants, galleries and family attractions. The space The ideal house for extended families and larger groups. Your own stunning Hamptons style estate that sleeps 14 with expansive living areas, a huge chef's kitchen and stone fireplace. Walk down the stone steps and into the large foyer, you’ll love arriving to this stunning, light and beautiful home. Filled with original artworks, a library of books and loads of large comfortable lounges inside and out this is the perfect home to relax and enjoy time out with family and friends. Walking through to the large living areas, you'll find cathedral ceilings and a huge kitchen and living area that will hold larger groups with ease. Plus the home is cleverly zoned into 3 separate sleeping areas, so you can come together into the wonderful entertaining zones in the day and retire to your own private section of the house for sleeping. Sleeping zone 1: A very private master bedroom with king-sized bed, large sliding doors and patio access and a luxury bathroom. Also along this wing is a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeping zone 2: The west side of the house features a queen bedroom, luxury separate bathroom and two further bedrooms featuring 2 single beds in each. Sleeping zone 3: The third separate zone is a studio detached from the main house and features a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom. The studio has it's own bathroom, lounge-room with TV and a kitchenette. What you’ll love about this property: It's a big beautiful home with a large open-plan living area with huge stone fireplace, soaring ceilings, and 180 degree views across manicured lawns and tall-timbered forest. There's spaces to spread out and relax and multiple sitting and conversation areas. Wellness centre: Feel deeply relaxed and refreshed at our new on-site wellness centre. With everything you need to completely unwind, the Heartbeat Retreat wellness centre includes a full spectrum commercial grade 3-person UV Sauna, and a complete, premium gym with cardio and strength equipment. The wellness centre also includes 2 x massage rooms with massage tables and towel heaters, and you can book onsite private yoga classes and private massage during your stay. Luxury kitchen: A modern, beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances. Guests especially love our luxury coffee machine! It's a Delonghi Magnifico S coffee machine that takes whole beans and serves you an automatic beautiful coffee in the morning. The kitchen also has a large fridge and freezer, chef’s Belling stove and a 5m kitchen bench. Quality cookware and knife block. Serve your guests at a big dinner table to seat 12. Pizza oven: There is a large pizza oven on the terrace. This makes incredible pizza and there are pizza trays in the kitchen for you to have a family pizza night. However, please be aware of the beautiful bush surrounding the property and do not use the pizza oven on "extreme" fire-rating days. Movies, Netflix and Wifi: Relax in one of the 3 lounge-rooms at this property and enjoy our movie collection on the large flat-screen TVs or enjoy free WiFi and Netflix that are all included. Kids: Children have their own space to hang out with a playroom filled with games just off the kitchen. There's also another separate TV room down the hall so kids and adults can watch movies separately. In the backyard there's a wonderful large cubby house, sandpit and swing set to keep children happily playing in nature for hours. Nature: The backyard is an Australian nature paradise. Curl up on the big outdoor lounge and watch the kangaroos on the grass at sunset or the beautiful cockatoos, parrots and blue fairy wrens. Or take a stroll through the forest and onto some of the walking trails at the back of the property, through picture perfect bushland. Other things to note We have a maximum of 2 infants/babies per booking. Infants/babies over 12 months must be counted as guests. A booking fee of $650 applies to every booking. This includes fresh linen hire and our cleaning staff to make up all 11 beds in the house so you will arrive to a hotel-like experience. You'll also receive fresh bath towels, bath mats, and basic toiletries. The fee also includes our standard cleaning on departure. Plug-in Hybrid & Electric Vehicles: The power supply to this property is not sufficient to charge any electric vehicle. There are electric vehicle charging stations located in the Dunsborough Centrepoint Coles parking area entrance, in Cyrillean Way (opposite Yarri Restaurant). Additional charging stations are also located on the Busselton foreshore near the restrooms and in the Busselton Central Shopping centre car park beside West Street. **NOISE RESTRICTIONS** Please be aware that the home is in a "RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE" and our neighbours are close by. NOISE restrictions apply. The property contains an internet-connected decibel meter and should guests exceed set thresholds for more than ten minutes the alarm will flash and a siren will beep. The thresholds are set at the level of a loud party. The decibel meter does not listen to conversations, it only measures the level of noise. If you continue to trigger the alarm due to excessive, ongoing noise, the owner reserves the right to evict all tenants immediately and payment will be forfeited. Noise complaints are a breach of terms and conditions and may result in forfeiture of your bond and/or termination of your booking. There are neighbours 50m away and noisy guests, parties, loud music and yelling are NOT tolerated - and you may be evicted from the property immediately. This is NOT a "party house". PARTIES: We do not accept parties at the property. Small family birthdays are welcomed if noise restrictions are respected. WEDDINGS are NOT permitted - even small ones. We are strictly prohibited from having weddings on our property under our operating licence from Busselton shire. Pet Policy: We do allow dogs, however we do have a strict pet policy in place, if you are planning on bringing your pet please ask for our pet policy. COVID Policy; 1) Our Standard Cancellation Policy Applies. 2) Should a lockdown occur within 7 days of your arrival your booking may be moved to another date within 3 months of your current booking, these dates must be supplied within 7 days and be of equal or lesser value than your current booking. ***WE DO NOT TAKE SCHOOL LEAVERS BOOKINGS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ** Other things to note A booking fee of $650 applies to every booking: The booking fee covers standard cleaning of the property on departure along with linen hire for all 11 beds and the making of all the beds by our cleaning staff.
