The Downtown Pearl

Large 45 sq. meter one bedroom apartment in the utmost center Trg Bana Jelačića. The Times Square of Zagreb. The apartment is on the first floor and has all imaginable amenities along with a phenomenal location. Cafes, restaurants and bakeries surround the Pearl. Further, there is a farmers market year-round. Our mission is to make your stay fabulous, and this is one of the best places to do so. The space A spacious 45 sq. meter one bedroom apartment serves as inspiration for a truly open-space floor plan coupled with heigh ceilings and particular design that compliments the historic heart of the city. Designed and curated to provide an experience that will solidify the very best of Croatia. We know that you will enjoy the Pearl as much as we enjoyed designing it. Additional note, currently, there could be some construction occurring in downtown Zagreb due to the earthquake a couple of years ago and it may or may not happen during your stay you can possibly experience some construction noise. Also there are no breathing views. However, our double pane windows and shutters do a good job of eliminating the noise and we hope it will not be of disturbance. Guest access The neighborhood is perfect for getting out there and exploring the marvels that this gorgeous city has to offer. Given that you are able to step out and become lost in the urban and filled to the brim with activities center. Paid parking is available in nearby garages. Other things to note Additional note: The Downtown Pearl is in the pedestrian area of the city (no car access) and as every European city the downtown is lively and occasionally laughter from happy tourists could sneak in, through double pane windows and shutters (we go extra mile and also provide earplugs for extra sensitive sleepers). Furthermore, the bathroom in the apartment is very cute, efficient, newly renovated and follows all regulations, standards, and trends but it is a bit small. Lastly, the view from the apartment is towards the street, stairs and the church that is not open at the moment.
