About 5km away from town, located in peaceful quiet neighborhood, 5 mins drive to Gunung Ledang waterfalls. Whole house available to rent for vacation stay. BBQ set is also available and can be used (without charcoal, fire starter and cooking ingredients) Surcharge of RM20/pax after 16 pax. Additional charge of RM200 if you want to use the area in front of pool for family day/event (Limit to 6 hours usage) Guests must keep noise at a low level to respect the neigbors. The space The swimming pool is located in between our house area. But due to our busy everyday schedule, we rarely get the time to use the swimming pool hence we decided to share the space with our guests to have a wonderful stay at our place! 🥰 Swimming pool usage is only from 9 AM till 7 PM. Guest access The guest house is inside the same gate as our family house. You are only allowed to use guest house and swimming pool area. *** Swimming pool usage is only allowed from 9am-7pm only*** During this time, swimming pool will be reserved for your usage. Please swim/bath at your own risk ⚠️ Chlorine is used in our pool to kill germs. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction. You may BBQ anytime at the garage or pool area. *** Karaoke is only allowed until 10pm. Please refrain from being too loud (especially at night) as there are other houses nearby. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience. Other things to note Alcohol consumption is not allowed during the stay, due to guest house located close to family houses. We have recently upgraded the house with washing machine, dryer, water purifier and other amenities for guest's convenience.
