Island Life in Frenchtown, Centrally Located

We welcome you to the most authentic ISLAND LIFE that we hope you will fall in love with. Being on a hill, enjoy balmy breezes when you open your windows while also letting the charm of Frenchtown in. Wake up to church bells ringing on a Sunday morning; spy the seaplane landing in the bay; enjoy dinner on the patio with supplied amenities for cooking; walk to bars, restaurants & downtown shopping; take a $1 Safari bus to the beach; pack lightly knowing that we have thought of everything for you! The space This is a cute, well-appointed apartment with a large kitchen and open concept living room/dinette area, a single bedroom, and one bathroom. The kitchen space has a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more! We provide plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, cookware and utensils for cooking. We have salt, pepper, spices and cooking oil. You will enjoy making nice meals at home because Island Life has a lovely patio for outdoor dining with sun sails overhead to shade you. You can also sit inside at the dinette table or on the counter-height director's chairs at the kitchen island. From your outdoor patio space, you will enjoy majestic views of St Anne's Chapel. Just imagine the island in the morning as the sun comes up and shines bright yellow upon the church in all its glory! Hear the bells tolling on a Sunday morning. For sleeping, there is one enclosed bedroom with a full-sized bed. For storing clothes, there is a hanging bar and a dresser. There is also a desk-sized table that may be used for remote work if necessary. This bedroom has a wall unit air conditioner and ceiling fan for cooling. More space for sleeping is available in the living room on the couch (or ask us about accommodating you with a floor mattress.) The living room has a TV with Firestick and internet account accessibility so you can watch movies and more! For cooling, the living room has a ceiling fan and portable fan. Also, when the windows are open, there is an amazing breeze that blows through the apartment. Enjoy the original artwork that was painted by Kristie and her family. In the bathroom, there is a tub and shower for bathing. It is supplied with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. In addition to bathroom towels, we also provide beach towels and/or sarongs for drying and lounging around apartment. From the top of Frenchtown, you will enjoy all the sailboats, cruise ships, and airplanes visiting and loving life in St Thomas. From inside the apartment, harbor views can be appreciated from the kitchen window. What we supply: For fun at the apartment: We supply a small assortment of board games. We have Fire TV in the living room. You can cook amazing meals with all of the utensils and cooking gear we provide for you. For fun at the beach and/or out and about: We have snorkeling gear, beach towels and/or sarongs, beach bags, an insulated beach cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, umbrellas and more to use while you are staying us. Please be respectful and return everything back to the apartment once you are done using it. For all the things that no one likes to carry with them on vacation: You can pack light knowing that we have your back! We supply an iron and tabletop ironing board, a hair dryer, magnifying mirror, a sewing kit, beach towels, snorkel gear (mask and snorkel only, no fins), insulated cooler, games, cooking utensils and more! Guest access Parking is tight and we do encourage everyone to use taxis, walk or make the most of the $1 Safari taxis to get around the island. Because we are centrally located, it is easy to do! In the case of Frenchtown, there are stairways that lead to everywhere and no where and can get you lost! But its a small place and you will always find your way back to Island Life by looking for the giant red roof of St. Anne's Chapel on the top the hill. Other things to note Island Life in Frenchtown will give you the very best experience of all the things you desire when you are on vacation. First and foremost, it is perched in the best and most convenient location to downtown, restaurants and beaches. Secondly, you will be surrounded by neighbors and people that are living and loving life everyday on the island, so you will be living like a local! And finally, although it is hot in St. Thomas, you can enjoy the best breezes and island sounds of nature, music, and more when you open up all your windows and turn off the air conditioning while rejuvenating your spirit at Island Life. It is important to note that is does get very hot in St Thomas and the A/C unit is in the bedroom only, so pack lightweight attire!:)
