Mon to Thu - P50/day Fri to Sun & Holiday - P50/entry. *Just approach our guards for availability and pay parking fee. KEYS You may bring your keys if go out. Lost keys will be charged P500. Other things to note - Our staycation unit is a self-service unit. - Companions or visitors who are not listed are not allowed. - NO COOKING of meals but we provide a microwave oven to reheat food, rice cooker for rice, electric kettle, and refrigerator to store your food. Cooking which may result in an unpleasant smell lingers for days. We will need special cleaning to address the issue and we will charge your card P1000. (We suggest you bring pre-cooked food and just reheat it). -NO PETS ALLOWED. The penalty will be charged for not respecting our house rules. - Avoid loud or excessive noises which may disturb other unit. -No party setup without permission. -No illegal activity or inappropriate behavior. -No heavy drinking session. -Guests are subject to admin policies. You will be asked to sign a form upon checkin. If the admin finds a violation, they may charge the guest. Penalties are for the account of the guests. -Damages incurred during the stay will be charged accordingly. ---Reminders--- -Please be informed that issues like internet outage, slowness, or intermittent connection may happen and these are beyond our control. -Take care of your belongings.
