Norsi - Villetta Tea near the sea

Surrounded by greenery but not isolated, we have this lovely villa with a private garden on 3 sides. The beautiful beach of Norsi is a short distance away, reachable both by car and on foot. Consisting of a living room, a kitchen with a panoramic veranda where you can dine pleasantly, 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two matching single beds, a bathroom with a shower. Garden with BBQ and outdoor shower. Private parking. Cleaning fee not included, €120 to be paid upon arrival The space The house is part of a semi-detached house, and is equipped to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing vacation: satellite TV in the living room, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle, washing machine in the external storage room. The parking lot, inside the property, has a shaded parking space. The beach can be reached on foot, using a short shortcut that leads from the garden of the house to the road to the sea: in total there are 800 meters that can be covered in about 10/15 minutes. It is an easy road, but those with small children with a stroller should keep in mind that there is a short uphill ramp, steps, and a few short dirt stretches.
