Splendid 3-bedroom apartment (150m2) with a view

I'm happy to welcome you to my 150 m2, bright, modern and quiet apartment. It is located on the third floor with elevator and offers a splendid view of the park, lake and Alps. The apartment is in a beautiful building built in 1914 that was completely renovated 10 years ago. I am happy to welcome you to my 150 square meter apartment which offers a stunning view of the park, the lake and the Alps. I can assure you that you will enjoy relaxing here! The space Many books (mostly in English), DVDs and a small piano are available. There are 3 TVs with international channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. and 3 DVD players. One in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms. There is also a Marshall connected audio system in the living room. Tea, herbal teas and coffee, as well as basic groceries are also available to guests. You'll have everything you need for cooking! Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board... English books, DVDs, 3 televisions with international channels, Netflix, Youtube, etc... (in the living room but also in 2 of the 3 bedrooms). + Bluetooth audio system (Marshall) in the living room. Shower mousse, shampoo, handwash, hand cream, coffee, (herbal) tea and more at your disposal... + everything you need to cook a good meal! (all the basics available) Washing machine, dryer, iron + ironing board... Other things to note The Canton of Neuchâtel has levied a tourist tax of 4.20 francs per day per adult. This tax will be payable in addition upon arrival. In return, however, each guest (including minors) will receive the "Neuchâtel tourist card" which allows free travel throughout the canton using public transport. Also included in the tourist card are museum entry, a lake cruise and a daily bike rental package. In the end, the 4.20 francs tax is very quickly recouped, not to mention that all guests under 18 years of age benefit from the same services for free. Regarding the cleaning fee, it should be noted that it is similar, whether you stay two nights or two weeks. Even if CH 150.00 may seem expensive, even very expensive, it remains below what it costs me. Indeed, in these 150 francs, there is 50 francs minimum for washing and ironing the sheets (laundry) and 100 francs for cleaning. However, in Switzerland, cleaning hours are charged at a minimum of CH 25.00. It takes 8 to 10 hours to clean the 150 m2 apartment (even if my guests leave it very clean) and prepare the rooms (and I don't count the cleaning of the 12 towels). Sometimes it's good to explain so guests don't feel like they're being "scammed". The city now charges a 4.20 franc tax per adult per day. In return though, you (including the children) will receive the "Neuchâtel tourist card", which will allow you to use public transport for free in the whole "canton". Free entry to all museums + a one-day bike rental and a cruise on the lake are also included. All in all, it is a good deal, knowing that a single 5-minute bus ride to the station will cost you CHF 4.40. This tourist card is unique in Switzerland. You can pay the tax during either check-in or check-out.
