Guest access Every part of the house is available to guests. Other things to note Zakynthos island (also referred to as ‘Zante’) is located in the Ionian Sea, on the west side of the Greek mainland. The climate is generally warm with plenty of sunshine. The island covers an area of 406 km2, and the coastline is about 110 km. However only a small part of the coastal area is sandy. Zakynthos town is the best place to start visiting & exploring the island. Our apartment is only 10 mins by car from Kalamaki, a place where you can find nice, clean and organized sandy beaches. And If you do not like using a car or bus, you can visit a nice organized beach (Plaz EOT), only 10 mins by foot from our house. At the same place, there is a summer open-air cinema, where you can enjoy your night hours with the newest movies, staring at the same time, the stars above and drinking a beer or a refreshment.
