La Boga del Tiétar Farm A magnificent 10-hectare estate 3 km from La Adrada, overlooking Gredos, surrounded by meadows and pine forests; a unique place to rest and enjoy the countryside and mountains with family and friends in the heart of the Tiétar Valley. RNA WO0000005588523 RV VUT-AV-01322 The space The property, fully fenced, consists of two very nice rustic houses; built in stone with one floor and high ceilings, plus a separate studio. Surrounded by gardens with leafy trees, hedges and flower beds, it also has service units, laundry and covered parking. Independent pool area, in a security-enclosed area, with a large porch, gazebo, and solarium. There are six bedrooms (14 beds) all with en-suite bathrooms plus a guest toilet. The main house with three bedrooms accommodates 6 people, the guest house, two bedrooms and up to 6 people, and the studio 2 people in bunk beds. The décor is thoughtful down to the last detail with antiques, furniture and carefully selected objects. A cozy space where you can feel very comfortable with family or friends in contact with the most beautiful nature imaginable. Two spacious living rooms with dining tables for 12 and 6 people respectively, and wood-burning fireplaces in both rooms. All windows are screened, and the various rooms have ceiling fans that are pleasantly effective on hot days. The main kitchen is perfectly equipped with a propane stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator; the second kitchen has the essential equipment and a gas paella burner. The rustic atmosphere of the old barn translates into clay floors, exposed stone walls, and a wooden structure that combine with the comfort of the armchairs and the warmth of the wood-burning fireplaces. A large window in the main living room illuminates the space and allows you to contemplate in all its grandeur an idyllic landscape of meadows and pine forests with a backdrop of imposing mountains. It's easy to see the cattle grazing nearby. A large, south-facing, and perfectly equipped porch is the ideal place to eat outdoors, rest, chat, or have an aperitif; it includes a dining table and seating area. Another porch, which is covered in summer, has a large table for 10 +4 people and is equipped with a gas and charcoal barbecue. And looking north we have the terrace, a unique place to watch the sunset while listening to music and savoring an excellent local wine. These are experiences that can only be lived in this little paradise and even more so accompanied by the good weather that prevails most of the year. In winter and spring the estate has a natural lake, where wild ducks, herons, storks and other birds nest, as well as the habitat of crabs and river turtles The environment Pure nature. Spectacular views. The Villa de La Adrada is historic; its 13th century castle belonged to Don Alvaro de Luna and later to the House of Alba, and the 16th century church has an important Altarpiece inside. The fully restored Castle houses a Museum of great interest, which explains the settlements in the area. There are numerous hiking trails, visiting the Gargantas del Tiétar and the Roman Roads and Bridges. Also great bike and horseback rides enjoying the native vegetation. Excursions to the Tiétar River or to the La Pinara dam with its small beach. The views from the house are spectacular, enjoying a natural lake in spring and winter with unique sunsets. 35 km away, there's the possibility of water sports in the Pantano de San Juan, or in the Burguillo and golf course in Candeleda, all 3/4 of an hour away. The entire property is open for guests to enjoy and take advantage of: fruit trees, blackberries in season, chanterelles in autumn, and wild asparagus in spring. Let's not forget the crayfish, amphibian turtles and other fauna typical of the area. Guest access There are no restrictions.
