Small Single room for simple overnighter

Modern detached coach house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and within easy reach of M5, Cheltenham, Gloucester and GCHQ. Shops and golf course are within walking distance. Please check house rules before booking. The space Small first floor bedroom with skylight window provides basic accommodation for a budget overnight stay in a comfy small double bed. Small kettle with tea/coffee is in the room and there is access to a microwave and fridge but please note there is no access to a kitchen. Please provide a profile photo, let me know the nature of your visit and check house rules before booking. Parking is on road in quiet cul de sac. Guest access There is one concrete step to the front door which is approx 18cm in height. Shared bathroom. Please let me know approx when you’d like to shower. During your stay I live on the premises with my two cats so I’m usually here to help with anything. Other things to note NON SMOKERS ONLY. FRONT DOOR MUST BE LOCKED COMING IN AND GOING OUT. IMPORTANT: Quiet time after 9pm until 8am eg. no loud zoom/video calls or loud audio devices etc IMPORTANT: No late nights after 10.30pm. I live on the premises with my cat and there may be one other guest upstairs.
