Beach View@AZURE MIAMI Resort in Manila

Our unit is a penthouse at top floor of Miami Tower facing the beach side (Paris Beach Club, Wave pool, Lap swimming pool, Kids pool, Beach Volleyball Area, etc can be found) and have 2 bed rooms, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom included hot shower, microwave, split type air-con, two-door refrigerator, sofa, dinner table, safety box, beach towels, etc. Also this Resort Residences is very near the three of Manila airport terminals. The space Main amenities in my Resort Residences: • wave pool (7am to 7pm, except Mondays-closed for maintenance) • Kids beach pool / playground • Breakfast including take-out at the Paris beach club house (paid as per guests' order) • Dinner/drinking at The Ibiza beach bar (paid by guests but Monday is closed) • Beach umbrellas • SPA at the 2nd floor of Paris Beach Club (PM2--PM11, paid by guests and reservation is necessary) • Parking (Php 50 per hour but Php 270 per night by clients subject to changed by management company) • Paris Beach Club ground floor • Paris Beach Club locker rooms • GYM, STUDIO in the Paris Beach Club and Lap pool, basketball court are for the exclusive use of the unit owners​. However, for the long period Clients (at least more than one month), we can try to get the special approval from the management company without guarantee. ​ House keeping and cleaning will be carried out by clients’ self but Bath towels and Sand-beach towels are supplied by host. The Laundry service shop is near by the Miami Tower. Regarding the premises: • The Azure Beach--An iconic man-made beach facility with fine white sand, undulating waves & waterfalls. • The Beach Bar--A dynamic hangout in the middle of the Azure beach. Breezy and well-stocked with light snacks & an assortment of beverages. • The Children's Beach Playground --Features an engaging water play area with fun kiddie slides, large buckets that fill and empty themselves every few minutes, & valves designed for releasing spurts of water. Guest access Steps for check-in : 1. Guests must show the booking information (Room Nub and full name) to the security staffs in main gate when entering into the area of AZURE resort residences. 2. To go the Front DESK of Miami Tower to receive the VISITOR'S CARD. 3. To receive the room key from Owner's helper. Steps for check-out : 1. To return the VISITOR'S CARD to Front DESK and return the room key to Owner's helper. 2. If lost the room key, the clients should pay Owner PHP1,500. 3. GYM, STUDIO in Paris Beach Club and Lap pool, basketball court are for the exclusive use of the unit owners. Other things to note • Guests must give all persons full name (For The Primary guest : full name, contact mob number, Passport or ID scanned copy are needed) for host applying the permission from management company after firm booking, • To show the approval sheet to the security staffs in main gate before entering into the area of AZURE resort residences. • Housekeeping and room cleaning are carried by clients self. • Host will prepare the initial bath towels, sand-beach towels and bed sheets without spares. Clients can go to wash these at the laundry shop near the Miami Tower for cleaning. • Please ensure you leave the unit reasonably clean to avoid bad odor. • Dispose garbage daily or when needed. A garbage chute is available at the opposite exit, near the elevators.
