KITCHEN AREA The connected kitchen is fitted for light cooking. Dinnerware set, kitchen utensils, dishwashing detergent, induction cooker, microwave oven, kettle, and a 2-door fridge including an island dining table and chairs are provided. A washing machine (washer/dryer) and laundry detergent are provided as well. BATHROOM In the bathroom, you will find a build-in water heater for the shower, a bathroom mirror, and other toiletries. A tall (153cm) mirror outside the bathroom for your convenience. BED AREA This area has a medium-size writing table, a wardrobe, hanger, iron, iron board, hair-dryer, a queen-size bed, and 2 floor mattresses. With a queen-size bed and 2 floor mattresses, this unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Other things to note 1. Please follow the house rules when staying with us. 2. Please ensure the cleanliness of the place during your stay. 3. Kindly inform us in advance of extra guests staying in. 4. No outdoor shoes are allowed in the studio (A shoe cabinet is available). 5. Light cooking only. Please clean as you go. 6. Keep the noise down and respect the neighbors. 7. Please inform us if you broke something so that we can replace it for the next guests. 8. Replacement cost for some items if lost or damaged: - Door access card RM200 - Lift access card RM50 - TV RM600 - TV box RM450 - etc. 9. Early check-in and late check-out are based on the availability of previous or next-day booking status. 10.
