The apartment is a blank canvas to make it your short or long term home. The space Our apartment is spacious and breezy, located on the first floor of this small and private blonde brick building (6 apartments in this block). The apartment is simple, functional, clean and comfortable, nothing over the top and easy to add your own temporary homey touches. It is fully equipped for what most people need and we are only a suburb away if you need anything we had not thought of. There is a large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet for convenience. It is easy to get in and out of, located 300m to nearest city bound bus stop, 700m to Coorparoo square with express buses and <1.5 km to Coorparoo train station. The apartment is tiled and the bedrooms carpeted. There is a powerful aircon in the living room which cools the whole apartment but does require that bedroom doors remain ajar. There is a balcony where you can have your morning coffee or an afternoon beer. Beds are Bedroom 1 - Queen, bedroom 2 - Queen. 1 living room couch with mattress can be set up if needed for additional guests. We only set it up if booking is for 5 guests or more. apartment sleeps 6 max. Guest access All of the apartment and the oversize garage is available for use. There is lots of space in the garage for bicycles, motorbikes and with plenty of street parking available, you could also use it to store excess luggage/furniture if you are moving between homes.
