The building is very quiet because it is at the back of the courtyard of a beautiful condominium. The studio is on the 1st floor without elevator access of the building which has two floors. The space The accommodation is a 22 square meter studio with plenty of storage. It has a nice ceiling height that gives a very pleasant feeling of volume. The main room is equipped with: - a queen size sofa bed, - a table and high chairs - a TV, with high-speed Wi-Fi - a cabinet with wardrobe, washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with: - an oven with microwave option, - a refrigerator with freezer compartment, - an Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, - dishes, pans, pots, - a scale and other kitchen accessories. The bathroom is equipped with: - a shower - toilet - a towel dryer - a hairdryer. Storage spaces: - iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, - vacuum cleaner, microfiber brooms, cleaning products, - a fan. Guest access During your stay, the entire apartment is dedicated to you. I do my best to allow you a comfortable arrival and departure in my apartment.
