Our apartment is located in a historic building in the area of Lend which is probably the most interesting district of Graz at the moment. The space The comfortable 2-room apartment (40m2) leaves nothing to be desired! It is divided into a modern living and kitchen area, a beautiful sleeping room with a washstand and a broad, barrier-free rain shower as well as a separate toilet. All rooms are furnished with high quality parquet floor, Italian tiles, modern infrared heating units and free wireless internet access. The living room comes with a flatscreen TV, a bed-couch (140x200cm) and a wood-burning fireplace which creates a nice and comfy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, a huge work space and a washing machine, thus offering all you need for short- or long-time stays. The sleeping room with a convenient double bed (160x200cm) is facing the green courtyard and forms an extravagant entity with the ensuite bathroom. Accessibility: The accommodation is situated on the ground floor. All rooms are widely accessible without any barriers and wheelchair-friendly.
