The space On the first floor you will find the open and perfectly equipped kitchen, which connects seamlessly with the living room. Here you can prepare delicacies and relax in front of the fireplace. The living room offers a sofa bed, a smart TV and a Wii game console. From the kitchen and living room, you can access your sun terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and access to the garden – plenty of space for playing and sunbathing. During the summer months, numerous swimming opportunities invite you to refresh and have fun swimming. Next to the kitchen and the living room is a toilet and the utility room with washing machine on the ground floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms - one with 2 single beds, which can also be used as a double bed and one with a Hästens box spring bed with a length of 2.10 m and oversized duvets - restful sleep is almost guaranteed. There is also an additional TV here. Adjacent to the two bedrooms is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and corner bathtub for maximum relaxation. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating, which always provides cozy warmth. The well thought-out layout of the house on the ground and upper floors always offers sufficient places of retreat and at the same time space for socializing. Other things to note The cottage has a super-fast 50 Mbit Internet connection. The nearest swimming area with an attached children's playground is only 1 km away and very easy to reach on foot. The imperial baths with their piers can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or e-bike.
