Cozy two bedroom, newly remodeled 1960s-style single-wide mobile home on Lake Norman. Beautiful views from the large covered deck overlooking wide cove on the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view! Brand new gazebo and boathouse if you wish to bring a boat or jetskis. 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards and noodles, free with rental. Horseshoe pit in front yard, firepit in backyard next to lake. Water basketball hoop attached to dock. Enjoy a game of horse on the lake or play a game of corn hole by the lake. Basketball and corn hole boards supplied. 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and pullout couch bed sleeps 6 total. TV, cable, and wi-fi available. 5 minutes from Food Lion grocery store, Walgreens, and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Target, Wal Mart, movie theater, bowling alley, 2 public golf courses, and I-77. 30 minutes from Charlotte. Absolutely NO PARTIES permitted. This is a residential neighborhood, and we are friends with the neighbors. They will call us and the police if there are excess guests on the property at any time of the day or night. Only guests of the house are permitted up to a total of six. Anyone violating these rules will be required to leave immediately with no refund. Please note home does not have washer, dryer or dishwasher.
