The space Safe, private seclusion on 21 acres in the country. The cottage is about 600 square feet, lots of storage, hardwood floors, high ceilings and dog friendly. Two bedrooms -- perfect for a family or work group. New gravel driveway with parking near your door. Multiple truck/trailer parking (no 18 wheelers) on flat terrain. Safe for boats. Trails in the woods, fire pit and Weber BBQ grill in your own private outside space. Your entire, private space has its own air/heating system. There are no stairs and doorways are wide. Guest access Although there is not a washer/dryer in your space, you will have access to a washer/dryer on site nearby or ask for laundry service. You are welcome to wander around anywhere on our 21 acres. Please be respectful of other guests' spaces. Some of our property is on one of the highest points in Nacogdoches County (404 feet). The view is spectacular (especially when the sun is setting). Let us know if you are going so we can provide you with directions. Also, we have folding chairs. Note: If you hike through the woods you might encounter the neighbor's large friendly dogs. Other things to note Please no visitors on the property other than the guests on the reservation -- regardless of whether they sleep over or not. This includes adults, children, infants -- family members, friends and dogs. Exceptions may be made with prior notice. Please be honest and transparent of intentions to avoid any issues on your reservation.
