Peaceful, minimalist home, just steps away from 500+ acre Discovery Park. Quiet, friendly neighborhood with easy foot access to Ballard via the locks. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and backed by a Blue Heron reserve/ravine; if you're seeking a little urban solitude, this is your spot. The space Lots of natural light, greenery and birdsong to admire. This truly is an oasis in the city! Seeking guests who are looking for tranquility and simplicity. You will have full access to the whole house, deck, wood-fired sauna, hammock, yard. I have a locked storage shed if you need to stash anything out of your way during your stay. Met Market, a high-end grocery store, as well as Discovery Espresso are 1/2mile away. There's also a great yoga studio kitty corner from the coffee shop. Seattle Metro bus lines are available only a few blocks away, and plenty of ride share bikes and scooters nearby. Note that there is no TV but there is a radio! Guest access The whole shebang. Other things to note Magnolia is a very family-oriented neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have been in their homes for 35+ years!
