Live like a local in the heart of picturesque Marazion, a short walk (400m) to the Town Beach and the causeway to St Michael’s Mount. The sandy beach and many cafes, restaurants and shops makes this a great place for family holidays. The Cornish Coastal Path runs through Marazion. The RSPB Bird Sanctuary is close by. The space Upside down accommodation so that the Living Room has the first floor views across gardens and open spaces. The two bedrooms, and bathroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs is open plan with a stable-door to a balcony. Kitchen area has hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. Lounge area has two sofas two beanbags, wood flooring with rugs, TV, dvd and electric heater/stove. Dining area has a table, six chairs, mats, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, glasses and cutlery. Down stairs the bedrooms have a double bed in one of them and full-size single bunk beds in the other. The bathroom has a loo, basin, bath with raindrop shower over the bath, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Towels and bedding are included Heating is electric throughout with modern electric radiators. Temperature is programmed but each radiator can be set with press-button controls. Guest access Garage dimensions: Width 2.1m, Internal Width 2.5m, Height 1.8m, Length 4.5m (for example a Volvo S40 or a VW Golf will fit ok). Parking for large 4x4 and large estate cars is available in the public car parks next to the beach. Extra parking space in the public car park is approximately £50 per week using the JustPark app, location code 528051. Other things to note Washer/Dryer is available free of charge.
