The Chalet de la Vieille Souche

Chalet located at the crossroads of the 3 municipalities (Nouméa - Dumbéa - Mont Dore). Exceptional living environment in the forest, 10 minutes from all amenities (shopping centers – schools – Médipôle hospital center – sports facilities). Nouméa city center is 15 minutes away outside peak hours (more like 45 minutes during peak hours). Beaches are 25/30 minutes away. The space 64 m2 cottage comprising 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bathroom + 1 toilet in each bedroom), a bright and spacious 25 m2 living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. In case of night arrival, we offer to provide breakfast for the first morning of your stay (€8 per person including milk, chocolate, coffee, tea / extra fresh eggs from the hen house / sliced bread / homemade jams / homemade cottage cheese / seasonal fruits)... do not hesitate to ask us. Outside, a 21 m2 covered terrace allows you to enjoy the garden and nature. It's always nice, often cool or cold, rarely too hot. A gas plancha is at your disposal, it is installed under my large kaori in front of the cottage's car park. We are nearby and are available to guests (help and advice for organizing excursions etc.) We can provide a baby bed + bedding as well as a high chair. We can also provide all picnic and camping equipment. Guest access the entire cottage and the fenced area are accessible. Other things to note There is air conditioning in every bedroom. The chalet has a dishwasher. The chalet is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. However, we ask that guests prioritize drying laundry on the clothesline rather than in the machine - thank you
