Holiday accommodation does not get any better than this spacious apartment as close as it gets to the beach! - the views are fabulous from the lounge and the bedrooms and the expansive roof top terrace has the best views in Dunedin. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home, warm, quiet, full kitchen, great shower, High Speed free unlimited internet, Great Cafes close by including The Esplanade Restaurant down stairs, it is awesome do come and stay. The space This is a spacious apartment with a open plan dinning/lounge area overlooking the beach. The main bedroom is accessed from the Hallway and looks directly onto the ocean. The second bedroom is access from the lounge and has views of the ocean and park, the 3rd single bedroom can be accessed either from the foyer or opened onto 2nd bedroom to create a large family sleeping area. There is comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, a roll out singe bed under the King Single bed and a mattress. The kitchen is very well equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and quality china, pots etc. The bathroom has a gas heated shower and toliet in the same room. Quality linen, towels, beach towels and toiletries provided. The building has a historic listing and has been fully renovated maintaining the original character. Guest access This apartment is on the second level of the iconic The Hydro right on St Clair Beach Guests are a minutes walk to a long sandy beach and a premium surf. The authentic and award winning Italian restaurant "Esplanade" is located on the ground level of The Hydro and there are other great cafes close by. Across the road is a spacious family park and the St Clair Salt Water pool is close by. Guests have access to a private expansive roof top terrace with outstanding views of the ocean, beach and hills of St Clair. Free Unlimited high speed internet. Other things to note The parking in the immediate vicinity is free and we have a loading zone beside the building available for your arrival and departure - there is no designated parking.
